This is a one-of-a-kind rattle that I handcrafted myself with love and positive intention.
The rattle is an instrument that us said to refer to three kingdoms. The animal kingdom, represented by the turtle shell container, feather, fur or horn decoration(s). The mineral kingdom, represented by the rocks and/or crystals used for sound or the paint used in decoration. The plant kingdom, represented by the container and/or handle, herbs and resins inside the container. The turtle shell was also used as a calendar, with 13 large patterned squares counting al full moon phases of the year. The 28 small squares on the outside counted the days of each lunar month.
Disclaimer: This is a HANDMADE ITEM. Any imperfections will never negatively affect the energy of the rattle. Deerskin leather may have natural "raw edges" blemishes, such as natural scars or tick bite markings that were present before I obtained the leather. I do not use machines to cut the leather. Please do not expect "perfection". Every creation is unique.
Shipping: I ship once per week. If a U.S. holiday falls on the day(s) I usually ship, and/or there is no way to ship due to unforeseen events such as inclement weather (I live in MinneSNOWta) there may be a delay when your item(s) is/are shipped. Shipping at this time is offered within the U.S.
